 V ponvi na olivnem olju popražimo špinačo. Trajalo bo le kakšno minutko, da špinača “pade skupaj”.

 V skledi zmešamo vse sestavine.

 Iz mase oblikujemo polpetke z žlico. Lahko jih spečemo na ponvi z malo olivnega olja (okoli 2 minuti na vsaki strani) ali pa v pečici na 200C° okoli 10 minut.

 Saj vem, da večino receptov začnem s “pripravljeno je na hitr’co”, ampak tale je pa res. Za njega potrebuješ 4 sestavine in to je to. Kot št. 1 fan riža, mi je že itak vrhunski. Ampak z dodatkom česna, brokolija in hoisin omake je pa popolna jed, ki si jo izdatno nadevam v skodelico po dolgem dnevu in jo pojem 3 x preveč medtem, ko gledam youtube. Živela sem v Jordaniji pol leta in nikoli ne bom pozabila njihovih slaščic, jedi z rižem, falaflov, ki si jih lahko kupil za drobiž,… Potovala pa sem tudi v Iranu, kjer sem imela neverjetno srečo in jedla skoraj vsak dan pri drugi družini, ki so na tla nosile omamno dobre jedi. Tako se mi je zdela dobra ideja, da se v soboto zberemo na kup in nekaj dobrega skuhamo. Povabila sem par Sircev, ki so se odločili pripraviti jed imenovano ouzi. Glavni chef je bil Amjad. V Iran pa nas je peljal Asgar z neverjetno juho ash reshteh. No, imeli smo še predjed mutabal oz. baba ganoush (namaz iz jajčevcev, s katerim me lahko kdorkoli podkupi) ter fudge cake.
