I really really lover sour flavours – that’s how it has been since I was little. And salad dressings are no exception. I made this one with tamarind paste. You can read more about tamarind here.

ingredients

2 tsp
tamarind paste
2 tbsp
oil (sesame or olive)
1 tbsp
light soy sauce
2 tbsp
water
2 cloves
garlic
small piece
ginger
salt (to your liking, maybe the soy sauce will make it salty enough for you)

instructions

  • 1.

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until a nice creamy dressing forms.

  • 2.

Use it as a topping for salad, bowl of abundance, rice, …
