Hey! Today I am sharing with you a recipe for spiced up tahini dressing that pairs so well with salads, grill roasted veggies, sandwiches, tortilla chips, … I listed exact amounts but it is really you who will make it taste exactly as you wish.
I didn’t have the grill running so I baked aubergine in the oven together with red bell peppers and zucchini.
Spiced up tahini dressing
- 120 g tahini
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 dl of water
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 teaspoons of smoked paprika
- Step 1 You can either blend all the ingredients in a blender (a go trough with it much faster) or finelly chop the garlic and mix everything up.

You can also make your own tahini. Just blend well sesame seeds (I prefer them roasted beforehand) with some oil.
