If you think salad bowls are boring – you are doing them wrong. Yes, it’s important what kind of ingredients we use  but don’t forget about good dressing! Today I prepared it a bit differently.

For 1 salad bowl; 2 minutes; Super easy


2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 teaspoons of honey
1 tablespoon of olive oil
2 tablespoons of almond meal
2 cloves of garlic
Pinch of salt


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Mix it well with your salad.

Play around with amounts of ingredients until you find your perfect ratio.
