Maybe this dish doesn’t look like anything special but if you like the combo of parmigiano and garlic – you need to try it! You can use it as a side dish or just eat it as it is. Warm polenta with this much flavor definitely has a good influence on well-being in this cold days 🙂
For 2-3 people; 10 minutes; Very easy
200 g polenta
500 ml water
150 g parmigiano; grated
2 cloves of garlic; minced
Salt, olive oil
- Boil the water and add polenta. Mix constantly and cook for around 2 minutes or until the polenta is completely cooked.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the parmegiano, cheese, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and salt to the taste. Mix well.
- Serve warm.
If you are a big fan of garlic, add the dried one also.
