I know I have been writing a bit about energy balls on the blog BUT! This recipe is the most decadent of them. The balls melt in your mouth, coconut adds the crunch and honey keeps it sweet. You get the same satisfaction as from eating desserts full of sugar. Try it out, it will take only 5 minutes 🙂

For 14 balls; 5 minutes; Very easy


100 g peanut butter
40 g honey (maple syrup for vegan version)
1 spoonful of oats
2 spoonfuls of desiccated coconut
30 g chopped dark chocolate (optional)

  1. Mix all the ingredients well and for them into balls.
  2. Eat them right away or store them in the fridge.

Wise-ass corner

You can also add a pinch of cinnamon to the mixture. 

You can roll them in coconut.
