Does it sound weird? Bean brownies? It is weird! And good and healthy at the same time!
**For 1 smaller tray; Very easy, 40 minutes**
500 g cooked beans (2 cans)
5 tablespoons of flax seed meal mixed with 12 tablespoons of water (or 2 eggs for non-vegan version)
3 tablespoons of coconut oil
1 pinch of salt
80 g of cocoa
70 g brown sugar
1 and a half teaspoon of baking powder
100 g dark chocolate; cut to small pieces
- Start preheating the oven to 180°C.
- Blend all the ingredients except the chocolate in a food processor until the mixture become homogeneous.
- Mix pieces of chocolate in the mixture.
- Oil the baking tray and pour the mixture in it.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
You can also add nuts in the mixture or pour some dark chocolate over the brownies.
