A really easy breakfast that I eat a few times per week. The creaminess of avocados in combination with crunchy bread and sourness of tomato sauce put a spell on me.


For 1 person; 3 minutes; Very simple


Ingredients

2 slices of bread; preferably toasted
6 tablespoons of tomato sauce
1 avocado
Salt, pepper

Instructions 1. Spread tomato sauce on the bread.  2. Slice avocado in half and cut the slices in it then scoop them out with a spoon.  3. Place them on bread and add salt and pepper.

Wise-ass corner

If you have any lemon sprinkle some lemon juice over avocado.
I used tomato sauce with origano and basil. If you use the regular one you can add some spices to it yourself.

On my mission to reduce food waste, I used some over-ripped bananas that were laying around and made this scrumptious & good for ya belly Banana Bread
