Curryandlove is my creative spot that is growing with me. And maybe you’ve noticed lately that I am guiding it into healthier world. So for example from today on the meat category is gone because someone decided a few months ago to stop eating meat (Yap, that someone is me 🙂 )

Besides that I want my blog to be connected with healthy eating and back to basics ingredients I am going to use in my recipes. Of course from time to time I will use some interesting and different ingredient too, that for sure 🙂 Also I try to eat less dairy products so there will be less of them in recipes – but they won’t be gone for sure. 

Also there will be a new series of posts ‘Healthy Mondays’. Every Monday I am going to post about a trick or suggestion that will help you organise your healthy eating. I came to this idea while thinking what my strengths are. For sure my strength isn’t cake decoration or creating fancy cuisine recipes. But I am very skillful in making healthy food prep for the whole week or making quick but fulfilling meals. And that gets quite challenging in my busy weeks.  I believe a lot of people would like to have some skills like that.
